Generally get a good experience every time my car the car is serviced. I like your collect and return capability. I waste time in colchester if I deliver the verhicle to you. You were not able to complete the service in one day the time due to a fault in MOT equipment which would have created a problem for me if I'd brought the car to you. Please continue with your collect and return proceedure.

Mike Needham was very helpful and accommodating, we were offered hot drinks, and was shown around any car that took our fancy.

Lack of availability of the main part (alternator) from Volvo caused unacceptable delays. Why such a common service part was not in stock in the Uk and had to come from Sweden causing 3 or 4 days delay I do not understand.

It was the service lady that made the experience. Rachel Clifton was happy, chatty and very efficient and I felt that she couldn’t do enough for her customers. A credit to your company and its dealings with excellent people like Rachel that make us think about continuing to purchase your cars (especially as I was considering moving to another manufacturer) .
