Excellent service very professional but friendly staff

Our dealings were mainly with James Payne. We found James gave us exactly the right amount of attention without appearing pushy. His knowledge of the car we were interested in was extensive which was unusual for such a young salesman in our experience. All in all a very positive experience for which we are very grateful.

The customer service was excellent.

Mike Needham was absolutely brilliant from our very first call. We bought the car on our first visit as the service was second to none. We also met his manager Rob who looked after us incredibly well. The whole process was made so easy for us, there were no other brands that could compete.

Mike and his colleagues were a pleasure to deal with.

I asked about a car that was in Auto Trader. Unfortunately it was no longer available but Andy was very helpful in explaining the options.

Overall I was pleased with the response from the team from Lauren who was cordial and efficent throughout our stressful time and she was also reassuring when needed . I have one gripe which is annoying when I got the car back the next day I filled the tank and the fuel cap captive part was severed which is very annoying, if the person had owned up to it and had it replaced it would have been so easy , now I somehow have to arrange with the garage to do it so unnecessary and it spoils the reputation somewhat

The service is what I have come to expect.
