James was fantastic. The right mix of knowledge, enthusiasm & approachability. Had you been able to accept Amex, I'd have had the car already as I'm very impulsive. As you couldn't, I then went into looking at places that could and found cheaper cars, albeit with less options. Then I happened to read all the articles (starting with The Times) about the forthcoming crash in used car prices and the fact that almost all used vehicles are currently artificially hiked by up to 47%, so I decided to wait until the new year. Car cleaning after the service is not as good as it used to be

The customer service from Rachel is first class. She always treats me as if she saw me last week but in reality it’s every 9-12 months. She genuinely cares about the outcome, it’s probably the only reason I still use the dealership as my car is out of warranty.

All your staff were very polite and very interested in our jobs that had to be done, especially the staff on the reception where the booking took place in the first place. Thank you bye
