We Found the whole experience of buying a Volvo very enjoyable

The Lady that booked me in was extremely helpful, a credit to your dealership. She offered me a slighly cheaper service than i was originally quoted as i asked for a basic , going on my mileage and the fact that i was thinking of changing next year. Communication throughout was good. I dropped the car in for a waiting service at 10am , she said between 2/3 hours , I phoned after 3 hours , was informed that they were chasing up vehicles in the workshop , had a call back after 30 mins to say the car was done and would I like it cleaned .So the whole experience, although slightly longer than originally said , took around 4 hours , but I was happy as communication was good and my choice to have washed after which added on the extra time I guess!!Having worked on the service desk myself for a number of years , I was surprised that the sales dept didn't want to speak ref changing vehicle as I had stated about changing early next year ?Also , I was not asked about an aircon service/ deodorant bomb , fuel cleaner or oil cleaner etc or mini valet ....maybe some additional add ons ( sell ups ) ...Most importantly I was told.my rear brake pads were very low , so I will getting them done very soon !!Well done , extremely good service , thank you

Particularly impressed with one individual. James Payne he was knowledgeable polite friendly and guided us through the experience with clarity and good humour. Deserving of recognition. In comparison with some dealers not in your face a human approach was appreciated.

Kelly was extremely helpful & went above and beyond to find the right car for me.

We were told the car would be cleaned inside and outside as part of the service, but the inside was not done.

The sales member of staff we contacted - KELLY CLANCY - was extremely helpful. She organised test drives and provided all ther information we needed.In an ideal world, we would have bought from Kelly, but Lookers did not have the specific car we required.

The initial online booking for a test drive was pointless. I chose a date and time and booked online, then I was called and asked to confirm by an agent. Then I was called again by the dealership and had to book again. Simply too time consuming and left me slightly irritated.
