Kelly was extremely helpful & went above and beyond to find the right car for me.

We were told the car would be cleaned inside and outside as part of the service, but the inside was not done.

The sales member of staff we contacted - KELLY CLANCY - was extremely helpful. She organised test drives and provided all ther information we needed.In an ideal world, we would have bought from Kelly, but Lookers did not have the specific car we required.

The initial online booking for a test drive was pointless. I chose a date and time and booked online, then I was called and asked to confirm by an agent. Then I was called again by the dealership and had to book again. Simply too time consuming and left me slightly irritated.

Kelly was very professional and helpful, she made the process painless and easy.

Always polite and friendly staff. Delighted we're back with Volvo!

just when i walk in on sunday it wos like few people inside Ross come in in 3 4 min time and show us the car and explain bit about we must wait to some one see us ( im not have any apoitment book in befor go to show room) and hi open the door for us and we can watch the car after few minuts Andy join to us give as all answer we ask as best his knowleg and now im the owner of this xc60 ☺️☺️ many thanks for lookers volvo colchester

Kelly was great. As a new sales person (her words), nothing was to much trouble. She was bright, polite and understanding all the way through the process. I would have liked to have bought a car from her, but the product was not right for me. She is an asset to Lookers group (and very loyal too - not a quality you see very often currently).
