It was a shame I experienced a wheel balancing problem, a misinformation regarding vehicle servicing. Lookers personnel responded very positively. Wheel problem sorted, new part on order. However a further problem discovered when using w/screen washers. Appears washer outlets are blocked. One left how efficiently the vehicle was checked and tested before sale. These things happen and no complaints regarding sales team.Andy F was extremely professional, patient and understanding. Full marks to him.

The service and mot was carried out professionally to my satisfaction but one tyre needed replacing and was quoted £347.42 !!!! I could get that same tyre from the same company that supply lookers for £266!!! Now I fully understand that lookers must make some money on parts but £80 plus is not good and made me very unhappy, I then replaced the other 3 tyres at Pro Tyre in Colchester and passed the relevant information to the Maintenance Manager, would like to hear your thoughts on this please.

Very good but could not quite make the extra mile , reason We were informed of additional charge to transport our preferred XC60 up to KW9. This cost you a sale !

Andy Forsdick was excellent, even personalising the videos he sent me about the car to pick up the functionality I was interested in. Bearing in mind I was buying the car remotely, this was an excellent service and there were no surprises when the car arrived.

My wife asked for the car to be booked-in over the telephone. A time and date was agreed but your system was down, so the lady said she would make a note of the details and add it to the system later. We heard nothing subsequently so my wife phoned and the booking had not been made, so she had to go through the process again. We were told that the service would take 3 hours, 10am - 1pm, we watched the app and it didn't update from the vehicle check stage. There was no video and no phone call. I went in at 1.30pm and the vehicle was parked ready to collect. The paperwork wasn't ready, there had been a problem and the technician had locked-out the system when entering the parts for pricing. I waited whilst this was completed. There were two items needing attention, one urgent to replace rear brake pads, the other a wiper blade. This was the first notification I received. There was no wiper in stock, so I asked for an order to be placed. An hour or so after I returned home the app updated to say the car was ready for collection and the video arrived. I watched this and the technician noted that the brake work was to be 'done today', which of course was a few hours too late. Clearly you experienced staffing problems / communication problems on the day! We now have to make another trip to Colchester this week.

I would like to congratulate Lookers of Colchester for providing such a professional service. The issue with a intermittent fault (the worst) was sorted as were other issues discovered during the service check. I would like to mention both Rachel and Kelly on the service desk for being so remarkably helpful and supportive; especially Kelly Clancy who went out of her way to be patient with me and clarified any concerns throughout the time of repair. Kelly was extremely professional and illustrated a wide understanding and knowledge of the vehicles she was servicing. Prompt, efficient and fair, I am very satisfied with Lookers of Colchester where I will continue to send my vehicle for service and repair. Thank you.

Living over 30 minutes away the collection option really helps.

Everything was excellent- although my service book did not get stamped but I will do this when I next go to Colchester
