I found a Volvo elsewhere that you did not have in stock at the time. Kelly who looked after me for my test drive was lovely and went above and beyond to accommodate me despite it being past closing time once we had finished.

Overall I have to say Mike Needham was outstanding!I did have a cheaper XC60 and another V90CC both with more optional extras and lower mileage on my shortlist. But Mike's fantastic service meant I was prepared to pay the extra.That being said I was a little disappointed that the car had hole in the upholstery - but Mike is looking to sort this for me.

Kelly was especially proactive & professional, whilst friendly throughout & represented Lookers very well. I was very sorry we couldn't conclude a deal.
