We were really impressed with the staff and how professional they were. We always felt like nothing was too much trouble. Great communication throughout the whole process. Even our children were pleased with the gifts they received once we purchased our vehicle. We would definitely come back to Colchester Volvo.

Although initially i had some difficulty* following my need to cancel a prior service due to a broken windscreen, the service i received from Lookers Colchester was of a very high standard and much appreciated by me. Thank you * i actually made a complaint to Lookers but the response i received from the Complaints team was very professional and the misunderstanding with Lookers Colchester was cleared up quickly and I sent a note of thanks to them to that effect

The team at Colchester have been excellent from the time I made my initial call to receipt of the vehicle the next day. They also dealt with a small paint issue, and parcel shelf issue without fuss or delay. Michael in the sales team is experienced and a very nice chap to do business with.
