I asked about a car that was in Auto Trader. Unfortunately it was no longer available but Andy was very helpful in explaining the options.

Overall I was pleased with the response from the team from Lauren who was cordial and efficent throughout our stressful time and she was also reassuring when needed .I have one gripe which is annoying when I got the car back the next day I filled the tank and the fuel cap captive part was severed which is very annoying, if the person had owned up to it and had it replaced it would have been so easy , now I somehow have to arrange with the garage to do it so unnecessary and it spoils the reputation somewhat

The service is what I have come to expect.
