I was offered a free WiFi upgrade, but was given the Sim card and told to do it myself. I have been unable to discover where the Sim card goes. Originally I was told the information would be sent to me via email. This did not happen.

It took 4.30 hours too long for a service and mot in my opinion

The arrangements on the day were very good , but it was unfortunate that the two prior bookings i made for the service were cancelled at short notice - one at about 6 pm the night before and the other on the morning of the service.

Not very happy with the chap who collected my vehicle.His appearance was untidy and dishevelled.He handed me a form with no explanation of what it was and asked me to sign, no idea what ideas signing for.My vehicle was parked on my drive.On the road was parked a bright blue BMW X2, nothing like my vehicle.The chap looked at the BMW and asked if that was the car he was taking! He must have read what car he was picking up surely?When delivery my car back same chap parked it halfway down the road. Every other time it has been put back on the drive where it came from. There was room on the drive or even in front of my home address, no reason to park it where he did.On moving the vehicle I observed the radio station had been changed. No problem with that but have the decency to put it back on the station it was on when it was collected, just a bit rude.Most unpleasant collection/delivery experience I have had in 6 years, not customer orientated or professional from a prestige dealership.I know my car isn’t a fancy new Volvo but I’ve spent a fair amount of good money with you and I hope my next car is a newer XC60 so would like to stay with Volvo and the customer service experience is a big part of my decision to do that.

I didn't realise you still have to pay when you have a service plan. Also you used to pick up and deliver so disappointed that has stopped

I was let down 30mins prior to my original service appointment at 8am. I was then told that when I rebooked I would have someone collect my vehicle but that wasn’t the case. In all it was 4.5 weeks from booking my first service to when it took place, this was at your earliest convenience. You did waive tue £18 insurance fee for the courtesy car but I felt let down right at the last minute.
