A very pleasant experience, Kelly and Racheal were very welcoming and efficient in dealing with my vehicle; Kelly made the procedure for collecting the courtesy car quick and courteous. Returning the car and collecting my vehicle, Racheal was equally pleasant and efficient.

I had a much better experience with Volvo than with Audi. The whole process was much smoother, I didn’t feel undermined by the staff (I have been treated unfairly by Audi staff due to my gender). I cannot be more pleased to have switched from Audi to Volvo as they quality of service (and car!!) is so much better. I feel confident that when my car needs servicing, or if I have any issues, that these will be dealt with swiftly and efficiently by the team at Volvo Colchester. I am really enjoying my new car and am trying to now sell them to all my colleagues!!
