As I said to James you need to hire better valet's because your current ones are not showing of your car's to the best they could be.I did have an issue with a lack of mot but James did sort this with a manner of professionalism and urgency witch was most appreciated and meant I would recommend lookers because of this. But I will just say in my experience main dealers are still very profit driven above customer service - which is sad.

Car update not done because system down, will be done when system fixed.

At no point did we feel pressurised to purchase,we were just given all the relevant details which were explained in a relaxed and professional manner. In our opinion Andy went above and beyond during the sale, and we think that you are lucky to have him as a member of your team.
