We are delighted with our new XC40. My wife and I would like to say how pleased we were with the level of service during our visits (of which there were many!) Your salesman Andy was brilliant and very patient with us! At no point did we feel pressurised to purchase,we were just given all the relevant details which were explained in a relaxed and professional manner. In our opinion Andy went above and beyond during the sale, and we think that you are lucky to have him as a member of your team.

Friendly, helpful and efficient service.Slightly disappointed that the two issues I raised prior to the service do not appear to have been addressed.(i) air conditioning not apparently working.(ii) wheel locking nut not found?

Usual high standard all round.

An excellent experience all round, helpful and friendly, good sense of humour with all the people we dealt with and very relaxed. We dealt with Mike Needham who was very helpful, not pushy in the least and explained everything very well. Ross Lemon was also very helpful with the finances and again, everything was explained very clearly. Thank you Volvo!

we were a little tied up with the insurance process so we did get very little time to go through with the car functions, this was a new car to us, and need some guidance to understand. but overall the experience was good, as explained we didn't have time so we didn't get the time to go through with the car service plan. Nice experience.

It was a shame I experienced a wheel balancing problem, a misinformation regarding vehicle servicing. Lookers personnel responded very positively. Wheel problem sorted, new part on order. However a further problem discovered when using w/screen washers. Appears washer outlets are blocked. One left how efficiently the vehicle was checked and tested before sale. These things happen and no complaints regarding sales team.Andy F was extremely professional, patient and understanding. Full marks to him.
