My car is on a service plan and, as a result of the weather, was filthy. It was returned very clean both inside and out. What is disappointing is that the car failed the MOT on yet another broken front spring. However the repair caused only a one day delay

Despite telling you in advance about the faulty sunblind well in advance, it was not fixed and I have not heard back from you when it is going to be repaied
