The valet was excellent especially the shine on the outside paintwork which shone like a new car although it is 19 years old. Unfortunately the luggage area was not hoovered although it is an estate and clearly visible.

In hindsight l should have been handed over a car with a full electric battery and information about using public charge points . I believe there is an app that connects to my car , but l have not been told how to do this , so in view of these are would not necessarily buy my next car from Lookers Colchester

Rachel Clifton dealt with me on the day and her customer care was excellent. Throughout my stay in reception I could hear her numerous telecon calls to customers and was impressed by her professionalism and cheerfulness.

The service eceptionist i dealt with (Kelly) was very helpful and kept me informed of my cars progress by an App and via telephone call. All work that was carried out was filly explained to me when i picked the car up On a separate note my partner and i noticed there was a lack of new cars in the showroom on this visit.
