I am still waiting my car to be delivered, so I am hoping It can be delivered today.I must mention that Andy ( Andy Forsdick) was the best within the about 10 VOLVO branches I enquired. He was very prompt, professional and knowledgeable. He sent me a video to introduce the car, He was again very prompt ( if he sent me 1hr15min, I would bought another Volvo as they sent me after Andy ) and his video was PERFECT ( Some of the VOLVO even did not bother to respond or send me very poor vide / communication )So Andy is credit to your Volvo Branch!

Still waiting for quote for service plan

Although initially i had some difficulty* following my need to cancel a prior service due to a broken windscreen, the service i received from Lookers Colchester was of a very high standard and much appreciated by me. Thank you* i actually made a complaint to Lookers but the response i received from the Complaints team was very professional and the misunderstanding with Lookers Colchester was cleared up quickly and I sent a note of thanks to them to that effect
