My email address isefpnunes@gmail.comMobile 07778775852Veihicle registration AX72FGFI would like to be re inbursed of the money that was wrongly charge to me, please, asap. Was alredy very disappointed that Volvo had taken so long to solve the car problem, even worst when I realised that the diligences that should happen from Volvo to the rental car entripise didn' happene!

Hi guys,Wondering why there was no mention of the 'high/ higher voltage generation' the Volvo Assist Technician found? Also if MOT was carried out with the service?KR, Jonny

Purchased an XC90 reg RO24WPU from Colchester Volvo. From day one there has been a 'wobble' from the car felt through the steering wheel and the seat. Colchester have had the vehicle several times to rectify the issue but have failed on every occasion. Something is very much out of balance. Each time I am fed rubbish stupid reasons why the wobble is there. Each time I am told it is a wheel balancing issue and that this has been fixed, sadly each time it is not fixed and the wobble’ is still there. How can it be a wheel balance issue every time and then it is ‘fixed’ but is still there? There has been several other issues with he car• Faulty heater fan (replaced)• Numerous warning lights coming, including but not limited to, Key not found in car despite being in car and driving along the road, Triangle with exclamation mark warning light, seats losing memory, head up display losing memory along with numerous others. These seem to have been resolved.• Drivers door suddenly dropped and rubbing on rear door wearing away trim. I was told that this is apparently common with cars. Really? Come on, what a bizarre statement to make. Now resolved.I have asked for a full examination of steering, geometry check including balance check, CV shafts, drive shaft, brake discs, engine and transmission mounts, alignment and chassis damage. Colchester have informed me this has been done but no issues found other than this statement4-wheel alignment has been done, and I have a printout for you which I can get the driver to bring with him. The rear camper is slightly out but on Volvo’s and most vehicles this cannot be adjusted. The last time the vehicle was in for the ‘wobble’ and the dropped door, when I collected it the rear window blind hook was missing with two yellow squares looking at me. I pointed this out at the time of collection and was told I would be contacted. To this day have never been contacted until a new hook was put through my letter box. How rude and unprofessional. The hook alone is a very trivial issue and under normal circumstances would never have been raised by me. However, this clearly show the lack of attention to detail and indicates why they are not able to fix the balancing issue. The whole experience of purchasing a new vehicle is supposed to be a pleasant and enjoyable one. This experience has been so far from that, the car is an inconvenience and a massive disappointment. Disappointment in the car, the brand and the dealership.Colchester have had enough chances to fix the issue and yet failed on every attempt, stating it is a simple wheel balance issue yet are unable to fix it after 3 attempts. Each time the vehicle has been in to you I have been fobbed off with ridiculous claims and smoke and Mirrors.ON 30 October I emailed the P Yelland and G Sturley stating that the balancing issue is still there and that I would be taking the vehicle to another Volvo dealership for them to look at the issue. I informed them in my email that if the third-party dealership is unable to fix the issue that I would be returning the vehicle for a like to like replacement. In true Lookers Colchester fashion, I have had no response to my email. I find this rude, unprofessional, ignorant, and disgusting behaviour considering the value of the vehicle and that we have been long-term returning customers. Sadly, right now, I would NOT recommend Lookers and actively inform people to avoid.I look forward to a response and hope that you can restore some faith in Lookers Volvo

I thought I had found exactly the car I wanted to buy (EX30) and did a test drive. I did not like the car (the interior seemed really plasticy and I did not like the dependance on the screen to do basic things) and now have to spend some time re-thinking which car I would like. (I decided the EX40 is bigger than I would like.)However, I would give Aaron Muckle 5 stars for his helpfulness!

I booked a test drive as we are starting to think about a new car. When I got there and explained our situation (we are just finishing up paying off our honeymoon then will be ready - so likely January time) it became very apparent the sales rep was no longer interested and didn’t end up taking us for a test drive. I was not made aware that a test drive had to be within any conditions in order to be booked. My partner had both travelled specifically from Suffolk for the appointment. The rest of the appointment the rep was clearly put out and ready for us to leave. I was very set on purchasing a Volvo but certainly wont be going back to the Colchester depot and likely will end up going for a secondhand one purely due to his attitude.

I have kept cars and still has a Toyota which has service plan in Colchester and I have never complained before with them because I found their service and customer service super efficient.NOTE: PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT ME ON MY PHONE/MOBILE. Because of my job commitments I can not attend the phone always and only contact via email.1. The invoice says that the car had complimentary wash and vacuum, however I found sugar particles were on car dashboard and at floor of passenger side front seat. I am not sure about the wash was done as I found the front, back and side glass exactly the same as they were before.2. The invoice does not give details of health check and I don't know if windscreen washer fluid, coolant, brake fluid, engine oil etc were replaced?3. I wanted to know if my car has function of auto bay parking? I thought it has but could not find in central display screen so specifically mentioned in the pre service questionnaire but I did not get the answer.4. When I had purchased the car last year, soon after I found out the sunroof glass was broken and when I had brought it for check up, my concerns were immediately disregarded and no one checked the sunroof panel as a whole but they just looked at the sunroof glass and immediately told me that the glass was broken from accident (there was not any accident involved). I am giving my feedback that this could have been dealt differently. I have not tried to open the sunroof panel since then as I don't want these cracks to go worse.

customer placed holding deposit for vehicle but then got one at teeside branch as it was the spec that he was looking for, has since requested refund and advised 3-5 days but is now on 9th day and still waiting for it. also unhappy with the salesman at colchester due to his attitude after advising he had purchased elsewhere

Aaron stepped in when the original contact was on a half day. He was excellent.Original contact sent a pretty amateur video and then was on a course. By the time he got back to me on his return I had bought a car elsewhere. Who monitors emails when people are not in ?Car had not been prepared prior to visit.Aaron excellent and left an out of office message to explain his absence.Original contact had not and his message to me on his return was similarly muddled like the original video. The experience I had at another dealership was a million miles from yours. Clear, professional , helpful. I travelled to Portsmouth to view and collect … and Colchester is local to me !Three stars is from Aaron’s input .. excellent.Otherwise wouldn’t buy from you in the future as the experience did not make me feel it was professional or valued me as a customer. Your car sold easily enough but maybe that’s all you cared about. I am sure Volvo would be unimpressed too.

Hi no idea you still have my car and no idea if it’s fixed? You have had it a week now!!!
