James was brilliant he went above and beyond to get us the car we wanted. Even delivered it all the way to North Norfolk on his day off. Super service would definitely use again.

The team at Colchester have been excellent from the time I made my initial call to receipt of the vehicle the next day. They also dealt with a small paint issue, and parcel shelf issue without fuss or delay. Michael in the sales team is experienced and a very nice chap to do business with. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Lookers Colchester to anyone. 10/10 from me.

James at Colchester Volvo was very patient and explained every detail with regards to the car but we decided to opt for a different vehicle.

The salesperson that assisted me (Mike Needham) was very helpful, offering guidance on the most suitable vehicle. When I brought my disabled father to the showroom to test if my father could get in and out the vehicle and if his wheelchair fitted in the boot Mike assisted when required and gave us the space when needed.

Originally the arrangement was for my car to be collected but when I phoned (a few days before collection/service day) to check on pick up time I was told that pick up was not going to happen so I had to make alternative arrangements. It was a good thing that I phoned otherwise my car would still have been sitting on my driveway. why did Lookers not phone me?

Very impressed by the way LVC ordered in brakes in case they were needed.

Lower the prices and you may have had my deal! However can’t order the xc40 anyway so doesn’t matter now.Andy was really good though! Nice bloke.
