I would like to have known the cost of the service before I arrived to deliver the vehicle, a phone call would have been nice. I would have liked to have received the Vehicle health check video before I collected the vehicle and. got it home so any points could have been addressed while you still had the vehicle. The service tick list accompanying my invoice had not been filled in so I don’t know what had been check and rectified eg antifreeze, which concerned me.

Bought car was supposed to have been checked as in your web détails had rear washer not working door trip catching and new pads having to be fitted as only 2000 miles left . But saying that problems have been addressed with much help and cooperation from dealers. Just a shame we have had to take back Twice.

Very detailed description of the Volvo v90 d5 r design by James Payne thanks to a video presentation. Unfortunately I found a v60cc 2019 which is more suitable from Volvo Chiswick London. Otherwise your dealership in Colchester was exceptional.

As the car had come back following and issue that manifested after the service I have yet to use the car enough to know if the issue is really fixed. However so far it looks OK.
