Rob, sales manager was first class as were the rest of the management team. A delicate situation about “click & collect” and another customer was investigated diligently and with sensitivity. Moreover, they looked after me when the car came back on the market. A lot of trust was created between both parties and overall it was a great pleasure to do business with Rob and the team.

I wanted to see or if possible test drive a C40 but there wasn't one available. I think Volvo should get a sample of the new releases out to the show rooms so customers can see them.
