Ross was great. He explained all the different insurances, however I did not need them. I was impressed with the car but it had a few scratches, I didn't need to worry as these were taken care of before I took the car. Thanks Ross

Always a good experience when dealing with this dealership, from booking to servicing. I would recommend this dealership, as I purchased my vehicle from them and although I live in another town with a Volvo dealership nearby, I still go to Colchester to have my car serviced.

your salesman was extreemly helpful, his discription of the vehicle i was interested in was perfect, his proffesional conduct was exceptional. Unfortunately the car was not exactly what I want.Im not in a hurry to buy, and I shall keep in touch. Thanks for your help. regards Dennis
