I had a much better experience with Volvo than with Audi. The whole process was much smoother, I didn’t feel undermined by the staff (I have been treated unfairly by Audi staff due to my gender). I cannot be more pleased to have switched from Audi to Volvo as they quality of service (and car!!) is so much better. I feel confident that when my car needs servicing, or if I have any issues, that these will be dealt with swiftly and efficiently by the team at Volvo Colchester. I am really enjoying my new car and am trying to now sell them to all my colleagues!!

I do not find booking through the booking centre very satisfactory,lack of the personal contact with people you know and know ýou with a series of seemingly unnecessary questions.

Very friendly, efficient and helpful staff. All work done as requested, they even put the car on charge over night because I mentioned I had been away and had a low battery warning. I certainly intend to keep both my Volvos registered with Lookers Colchester.I did not see the video because the linked website had a fault. This is no problem to me: I prefer talking directly with people! Thus when I had the option of fitting new brake bads, I discussed it with a receptionist rather than simply opt for it via the email link.
