Taking my Volvo XC40 in for its Second Service (from new) was a pleasant experience. I was profesionally received and very well looked after by Rachel and Kelly in Service. They updated me and advised when my vehicle was ready for collection. The 'Courtesy/Loan Car' worked well and the paperwork was also very efficiently dealt with.
