I do not find booking through the booking centre very satisfactory,lack of the personal contact with people you know and know ýou with a series of seemingly unnecessary questions.

I found Rachael Clifton extremely helpful which made up for the poor performance of Volvo assist.

Very friendly, efficient and helpful staff. All work done as requested, they even put the car on charge over night because I mentioned I had been away and had a low battery warning. I certainly intend to keep both my Volvos registered with Lookers Colchester.I did not see the video because the linked website had a fault. This is no problem to me: I prefer talking directly with people! Thus when I had the option of fitting new brake bads, I discussed it with a receptionist rather than simply opt for it via the email link.

We received a great service from Mike . Weekly updates regarding the status of the cars build . Excellent service all round

The Service team were really fantastic and kept me well informed on the progress as I had a very serious operation The week before I collected the car and A funeral in the afternoon that I’ll pick the car up and was really well looked after, your service department was not as good and the vehicle Have got to go back to the workshop, but top marks for sales team very impressed

Cannot fault the knowledge and excellent service. Just could not afford at the moment. However I was in the showroom for a considerable amount of time 2.5 hours. Not pushy though and he did ask if I had time. But did find this a bit long.
