The visit to change battery’s which I was told would take approx 45 mins actuallytook 90 mins,a long time for a simple job!Obviously nothing’s simple with a modern car.

My car is on a service plan and, as a result of the weather, was filthy. It was returned very clean both inside and out.What is disappointing is that the car failed the MOT on yet another broken front spring. However the repair caused only a one day delay
