Some customers Inc ME, need to be able to talk to a service technician to clarify a instruction given by your reception staff.I have been waiting a week to get a answer to my basic practical query.Frustrating!!li

I have purchased 5 cars in the period of 1 year from Mercedes to Toyota from different dealerships and I have never had such an excellent experience from start to finish from any of the others. Lookers Salesman Mike Needham and Sales Manager Ross Lemon have gone more than the extra mile. Well done to Lookers, wish there was a dealership in the Derbyshire area where I live. Thanks again.

All good except car not hoovered as expected

The valet was excellent especially the shine on the outside paintwork which shone like a new car although it is 19 years old. Unfortunately the luggage area was not hoovered although it is an estate and clearly visible.

I found Lookers Volvo, and in particular Ross Lemon to be very helpful, informative and a pleasure to deal with - a far cry from some other dealerships.

In hindsight l should have been handed over a car with a full electric battery and information about using public charge points . I believe there is an app that connects to my car , but l have not been told how to do this , so in view of these are would not necessarily buy my next car from Lookers Colchester

Rachel Clifton dealt with me on the day and her customer care was excellent. Throughout my stay in reception I could hear her numerous telecon calls to customers and was impressed by her professionalism and cheerfulness.
