Living in Northern Ireland I purchased this vehicle via a phone call after receiving several videos from my contact Ross Lemon. I cannot complement Ross enough for the way he handled the purchase nothing was ever to much trouble. When I asked any questions he was always very quick with reply’s to ensure I was happy with the car. I did not want to go to Colchester because of the travel distance so he arranged the car to be collected by myself in Glasgow and upon collection he had supplied me with contact names and phone numbers to ensure all went well. I am very impressed with the level of customer care and would recommend Volvo Colchester.

Car has had some technical problems and breakdowns over the last few months and Lookers have worked hard to get it fit. Offered a payment plan to help with the bills which was very welcome.

Mr Robert Lang's knowledge of the car was outstanding and way better than any of the other dealerships I visited. In the end I decided to keep my Golf. The main factors were poor MPG (30's rather than 50's), overall size, increased tax and the fact that I was paying for features I would never use - power/heated seats etc. The so called driver aids, which at least are a distraction, but which can be dangerous was also a factor.

Whilst I understand that the Corona Virus has caused issues for many companies like yourself and consequently you could not offer the normal collect and return service I have enjoyed for the last 30 plus years. When one receives three texts on the thee days prior to my service and MOT telling me that my car should be ready for collection from 08:00am, was less than tactful. Lookers have always looked after me well but this year I must confess not quite so this year.
