Rachel was really friendly. We were a breakdown with Volvo assist so had to wait our turn after booked jobs which was understandable but obviously took time.

We weren’t giving a time frame of how long you would have the car when it was booked in and were very surprised to find out it would take from 11 - 5:30, if we had known that we could have arranged a lift home but instead we were stuck
