As always I was looked after well but the car still has the hesitation fault so that has not been rectified. The rating therefore relates to dealing with me rather than to sorting out the fault. I will do the 1000 miles now as required but the fault persists.

Rachel Clifton is a tremendous resource for Lookers in Colchester. She is polite, prompt, professional and Communicates clearly. However,I was very disappointed by the lack of support during the early days of lockdown. I had several questions relating to MoT testing and was told to find out for myself. I probably will not buy another new Volvo despite Rachel’s presence.
