Very friendly and helpful staff.

The service is first class BUT, when I got the car back the radio no longer worked as the radio stations had been wiped, the keys no longer linked to the settings of the car and certain individual settings needed to be reset. It took a long time to get everything set to 'our' requirements first time. If I have to do this each time the car goes in it will be both inconvenient and annoying.

Would have been good to be supplied with a 3 pin plug charging cable instead got the upgraded one, that only works on a charging point and having to wait for that to be fitted so I cannot charge my hybrid XC40 at home until charging unit is fitted would be good if both cables came with a new car a no extra cost. Thank you

I got the date & time I required. The staff were very helpful, as always, & as I stayed while the car was serviced, I was kept informed of the progress. Only one slight problem, nothing concerning Volvo Colchester, is too many text messages from both Lookers & Volvo call centres. Just one to confirm booking, & second as a reminder 2 days prior to service is enough
