Super service as usual from local Colchester staff. Technician went out of his way to identify Noise from rear suspension. Quote for repair was prompt. No charge was made for investigation. Very impressed.

I had a new battery fitted which is fine. Also the car was washed and safety checked which is good from your sales perspective as well as the customer albeit I have been a regular for ten years. The only reason for not awarding 5 stars was the time element When I arrived at 12.oo I did not expect to be 2.5 hours in the reception area, but in fairness the car was immaculate when it was finished with attention to detail like putting the clock one hour forward to BST which I had not done and setting the aircon being so hot!

Good service and kept to advised timing

Because my wife and I are in lock-down because of Covid-19, I had to wait will my recall upgrade and first service were carried out. This took nearly 3 hours, in the main reception area with people passing. It might have helped to have waited in a reserved area away from activity, and to have had periodic updates on progress. As to the work, everything appears to have been concluded to a very high standard.
