The whole handover was very transactional. At Land Rover and Mercedes they provided a bunch of flowers and box of chocolates which made the experience more personal and felt more special. James was very professional. Would have been lovely if it was more of an experience like at Land Rover where the car is in hand over room rather than just parked in the carpark. It would have also been better if it had a full tank of fuel.
