Easy to use. Details already inputed into system., just needed to check and sign. Brilliant service from booking in to collection. All staff are amazing.

I had difficulty in downloading the proforma to provide details of the heated seat fault. A more interactive facility would be much better. I was offered and took a waiting appointment for my car service plus its first MOT. All the work was completed in two and a half hours which was exactly as expected. The car was returned fully cleaned.

The program did not work for one of the services. They confused me with another person, said my car had never been serviced with them, before checking the registration not the surname. The lady was quite insistent that she was right. That apart, the service when both my cars were being serviced was excellent.

The system allows you to book a specific date but not a time slot and even then it isn’t confirmed until the garage makes contact. Service and customer engagement with our main contact Elizabeth / Liz, was exemplary. She was extremely professional, courteous and knowledgeable as well as friendly. My only concern was that the degree of repairs required the car to be retained overnight, which was unforeseen . However, I wasn’t offered a courtesy car and as I live in Dunoon this required making my own way home from the site by public transport, only to return the next day. As the area is entirely light industrial units, walking to the nearest train station as a lone female would have been challenging to my personal safety and security in the dark - had this been winter. Luckily I was able to travel home and back again the next day in daylight. As a safeguarding issue this is something to consider for future lone female customers.

Straight forward to use Selected a home pickup of vehicle and Volvo employee arrived earlier and explained everything. Car returned early and serviced and mot’d as requested. No charge for the pickup service and definitely would use again. Easy payment through email link. Very happy overall!

Very user friendly and easy to follow. The staff were very friendly and i was kept informed and up to date with the progress of my car.
