Process going through paperwork was seamless, relaxed and quick, explanation of the car systems and controls was just right and car looked great. Stephen could not have done anything more to help.

It was easy to use. We used the collect car service and had to wait a couple of weeks to get the service but we were happy to do so. It’s an excellent option which we appreciate, especially as we work quite far away from the dealership. Excellent service, good communication, helpful staff

It was a very streamlined process and the staff were friendly and courteous. I couldn’t have been looked after any better, the young lady was super efficient and noticed I was a little daunted due to my disability. She was courteous, kind and really settled me. On my return to pick my car up, she assisted me out to my car and made sure I got in safety. I can’t tell you how grateful I was.

The staff were friendly and helpful … however as mentioned before there is a need for a drop off / pick up service to Braehead to save people having to hang around . Also completely ridiculous to email in February to remind car needing an MOT end of March when you have zero availability till April . Have gone elsewhere.
