Was easy. But there was a section where I could request additional work or check I mentioned a very slight knock when turning left after initial 100 metres this was never looked at or mentioned. After my car was serviced, which I had no problem with, there was a delay ing getting the car valeted.

excellent service. Car was picked up at home and delivered back later the same day. Text messages kept me updated at each stage. I would have given top marks if the car had been cleaned before returning, something that I'd had as routine in other garages. But in terms of customer service generally I was very happy

When I arrived at the premise, I waited around 15/20 minutes at reception before the chap in front of me raised his voice at the dissatisfaction of having to wait nearly 30 minutes to be spoken to. I eventually got seen to the chap I dealt with gave me thorough customer service. He didn’t try and get me to buy a car due to my car not being within the remit of buying as I still had outstanding finance. He was open and honest with me which I appreciate the most and didn’t try and wriggle his way into a sale which would have left me worse off financially especially at this trying time. Even when I offered to make a deal that day he still advised that it wouldn’t be beneficial for myself and would put my monthly payments way higher. That sort of understanding of the current financial crisis and personal stance makes Brian at Braehead a great chap.

My enquiry and subsequent windscreen replacement was dealt with very professionally and courteously by Mrs Elizabeth Coogans in service.
