Great service in general but dealership a bit inconvenient for me to get to, so would be good if there were a pick up and drop off offered as part of the Care by Volvo package.

Booking online listed work which had been done the previous week - service and MOT, in addition to the warrenty repair which was the reason for my visit. I had to explain this to the reception (different person to the previous week). All was ok, except that the warrenty repair did not solve the problem. Staff were pleasant, friendly, and professional. Would have been five stars but the problem was not fixed so I will have to return to the garage again and leave the car for a day. Inconvenient.

On line check in was easy to use and confirmation was immediate Car was in for a routine service but work also required due to vehicle recovery was able to be carried out at the same time which was brilliant.
