My service was done while I waited.

Unfortunately when using the online service it’s not 100% clear that you have been successful in getting your car booked in for the desired time or day hence I phoned to confirm. I explained why I was phoning ie to confirm booking. Had distinct impression that this ‘double’ booking wasn’t unusual! The whole experience went without a hitch. As we travelling over 100 miles to get the car serviced we opted to wait while the service was completed. That’s a great option however the showroom is distinctly chilly despite the couple of space heaters going full belt. Fortunately the service didn’t take very long so we were back on the road quite quickly.

Collection and delivery of vehicle was good as always, but service could not be completed due to non-availability of spark plugs meaning that a return visit is necessary.

Good advice. Comprehensive introduction to car. However the car included the wrong home charging cable
