Gordon was both knowledgeable and personable. The vehicle was not the spec I was looking for but the overall experience and particularly Gordon's insight into the v90 that he provided. No further help required from lookers at this point but I will continue to include your business in my search.

Easy Not a section for this but the lady I collected car with and paid my invoice, she was a delight - really customer centric Young lady on service desk on arrival is just miserable

It was all straight forward. I was pleased to get the “Infotainment” IHU investigated within couple of days of contacting the Service department. My car was collected and the unit replaced on the same day. The car was brought back on the same day.
