The system was user friendly east to navigate . Straight forward . The phone communication was friendly and quick . The service was excellent the reception from the lady was very friendly helpful and polite . The information on the car was good and the car is running very smooth.

Easy to use online - I did have to phone later though as my XC40 was part of a recall ( o ring replacement) to reschedule the original online booking - Thanks Perfect - Dropped car off early and was kept very informed of progress until car ready for pick up early afternoon . Thanks to all Volvo staff😃
