Spare part which I paid for was not in vehicle so one star removed. However, the Service Advisor Pauline is exceptional with her communication skills and care and attention. If it wasn't for Pauline I would gave given a one star as the Call Centre booking experience was truly abysmal. I was issued with incorrect information regarding the Service Plan NOT including Volvo Assist. Also, I tried to book 12 weeks in advance yet there were no waiting appointments, no courtesy car or collect service available until November! As a customer for over 15yrs I found this beyond disappointing and a woeful business model.

Once I had checked in I received an email confirmation, but it was confusing as it stated different times - I was booked for 12.45 but the email stated 08.00! I then received a voicemail the afternoon before my appointment stating 08.00. I couldn’t return the call/clarify before the branch closed so wasn’t sure what was happening!! All very confusing and unhelpful. Staff were friendly and helpful, providing updates; site was clean and tidy; complementary tea/coffee available.

Excellent customer service & support. However the IHU needed reset with troubleshooting over several days but now my app, Volvo account & car are linked up & syncd.

Generally your service is good, and I have no complains with the servicing work. I am not qualified to check it. the receptionist informed me that everything was fine but that the technician had said that the engine cover clips were missing. So I asked her why they weren't replaced, she shrugged and just repeated what was written down on the worksheet. I feel that if these clips were low cost they should have been replaced and the cost added to the bill, if they were expensive I should have been contacted to approve the work. But to take no action is not accepteble.

It was easy to use and accurate re the timing I was treated with courtesy, they listened to what I had to say about my vehicle and they trusted my experiences in relation to the problems with my vehicle. I feel the staff went above and beyond to assist. Very professional.
