I wanted to book a pick up/drop off appointment but even a month in advance none were available. Although the waiting appointment was good I’ll probably call in future to discuss options unless an advance reminder is sent with all options available Good information on status and on site facilities although service took a little longer than expected

Nice welcome from staff and informed of expected time of completion of work. Also updated on work progress. As I had a return to Lookers transport problem, Elizabeth Coogans stayed on ;late to ensure I could collect my car before the place closed.
