Great service level throughout. Great communication. Handover with David Thomson was great. I hadn't driven for a while and had some trepidations. However, David's handover was great. Thoroughly explained all the cars features and more importantly safety aspect you expect from Volvos.

Staff were very helpful at an extremely busy time and accommodated not only the immediate repairs necessary but also brought forward the service and MOT booked for a later date thus saving me a second journey to the garage. Staff also kept me updated at every stage
