I am so impressed with the service I received at Volvo Hillington. The whole experience was positive. I couldn’t single one person out as all staff I had contact with were extremely helpful and polite. Thank you!

To contact the customer to keep them updated. My car was brought in by Volvo assist on a Thursday and I had to phone three times to see what was happening with my car. Once I found out on the Monday, the service was excellent from there on. I rely heavily on my car for work and was left wondering when I would get it and had to borrow a car to get to work. I realise that is not Volvo’s problem, but the uncertainty could have been prevented. The end result was good mechanical service and an effort to make sure I got my car as quickly as possible.

My car was a collect and deliver service due to my wife being disabled and I did not want to leave her alone for any length of time. It was picked up at 8am and I was contacted by Lookers regarding new wiper blades at approx 12:40 and I gave my approval to replace. At the same time I was informed that my service was complete and my car would be delivered after the driver was finished returning another car. I called at 4:40pm enquiring where my car was, only to be informed that it was just leaving the premises. When it was delivered the driver crossed the street, got into his own car and presumably drove home. It’s very evident that if you’re first on the list for a service you’ll be last on the list for delivery, for the convenience of the delivery driver. A whole afternoon wasted as far as I’m concerned. I’ll not make that mistake again. This kind of schedule should be made clear at the time of booking. Delivery more than 4hours after completion of the service is not acceptable.

Your sales person was very good he explained everything but I think u have far too much paper work,

Had to take my car to the garage and leave it for service and arrange alternative transport before the year expired as they were not able to provide a driver for collection at my place of work until 15th May and I booked my first appointment in March. Also unable to assist with sit and wait within time frame.

The customer service staff were very professional and showed a genuine interested in the issue I was asking help with.

Gordon our salesperson was very helpful. He kept us informed and kept in touch Althought I felt that the rest of the staff were not as helpful as Gordon

The service provided is always cheery, polite and helpful. The work done on the car is always explained and to a high standard.
