Derek was professional whislt being friendly,and approachable. I love the car however I was a little disappointed with the lack of cleanliness inside of the car I thought it would have been valetted.

Abbie was knowledgeable and very pleasant to deal with. My comment about communication is related to another staff member and not Abbie who was extremely attentive.

The sales gentleman Ross was absolutely fantastic, he did not harass either myself or my husband to buy a car, he allowed us to make up our own minds about what car we were looking at. As soon as he knew we had our eye on one he gave us all relevant information regarding it without pressuring us. Our car was a great choice for us, value for great money and we look forward to having very comfortable journeys in our new Volvo. Thanks Ross and all the other guys at Volvo Hillington 👍 X

Elliott was very knowledgeable and helpful. The only thing that stopped me from giving 5 stars was the delivery of the car. I was told 21st and organised selling my car based on this date. It was delayed and I didnt get it until the 25th. I received an apology and that was fine but I had to email for an update and chase this, rather than Elliott emailing me on the 21st to update me that the car wasn't in. After my initial chasing email he kept me informed.

Elliott and Ian were very polite and explicit in all areas regarding information on the purchase of our car
