Ross Clark was amazing, he was exactly the salesman I needed. Having been through a traumatic accident, he was friendly, assured, knowledgeable and patient. I was unable to buy my vehicle right away, waiting on my insurance pay out and he did not harrass me which was very much appreciated. If he had, I would have gone elsewhere, but he had already built a rapport with me and I always felt he had my back. That is rare these days and professionals like Ross are hard to find in sales. Volvo I hope you treat him well, he is a gem. Would definitely recommend Volvo to family and friends based on my interaction with Ross.

The staff at the dealership was very welcoming. Ambience and layout was really nice and well spaced out. Abbie was very professional and in fact dedicated a large amount of time on the day of delivery to explain all the safety and operational features of the car. I am optimistic that the service and after sales care will also be as good as the experience so far. In short, we got the feeling that we will be attended to very professionally when we drop by for regular car service etc.

Derek Taylor was my Sales contact throughout the process and very good at keeping me up to date with progress of the new car order. He outlined the finance and service options as well as additional insurance policies available in a clear way, giving me time to read and understand without pressure. Test drive was easy to arrange and the showroom team were great at looking after me on each visit. A very positive buying experience.

Abbie helped me sort out all the details for my car and at handover spent time going over all the details of my new car. She was really reassuring of all details and was able to answer any of my questions
