The volume of follow up correspondence & communication is excessive & repetitive

Derek Taylor, the sales executive was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and was more than happy to help us with all our queries and take us through the process from ordering to delivery. Nitpicking now, but a baby changing place in the accessible toilet (Lookers Volvo Glasgow) would have been helpful as we have a wee one and struggled a couple of time with nappy changes.

We were served by Abbie, who was extremely helpful and spent time to take us through all of the vehicle’s controls and features. I have had professional help from her, with a question since buying the car and know that I can contact her with any further questions.

Had enquired about a vehicle that was in Stockton and was told would be £400 to transfer to Glasgow. That would put the car over my budget

I dealt with a young man named Ross Clark. His knowledge about all aspects from buying my car too finance was fantastic. Kept me updated from start to finish. Delivered my car too my door. Pointed out a couple of things that he was unhappy with & advised me that my car would b going back too him for 2 days too fix. I will never go anywhere else to purchase a car.

The Sales advisor was Ross Clark, I couldn't praise him high enough. After the first test drive and issues that concerned me, he was not at all pushy or overpowering but did manage to find a car that suited my requirements. He kept in touch with me for the week it took to organise the car exchange and with the warranty plan included I came from the experience a very satisfied customer. I,ve only had the car less than 24 hrs so this survey cannot reflect on the car itself. However, I will say that it is a very nice drive.
