Ross was excellent - very engaging, not too pushy and very knowledgeable. Definitely a person I would trust and I felt he didn't patronise me (wish I could say the same for all salesmen).

The sales agent was very knowledgable and helpful. However due to some issue with appointment bookings, we had to wait over 30 minutes past our appointment time.

A more flexible approach to customer requirements would be appreciated. Having indicated my budget I was still offered a car almost £7k + more than I indicated. No attempt to secure/indicate potential value of my car at time of delivery or to secure deal There was a distinct change of direction when I indicated that I would not be taking add on insurances, paint, wheels etc
