Not related to the dealer but the car. Very disappointed in the user manual or the ability to download or otherwise on how to operated the car. I have no intension of sitting in the car and running the engine to read a built in manual. Also having battery problems with a few day old car due to the inability to switch of the stop/start on short journeys. Still waiting on a reply from Taggarts on this.

Firstly, Gordon Brown was excellent to deal with and we did not feel pressured into making a decision. It was a five star experience until the point of picking up our car. However, when we did pick it up, it was clear that the car had not been valeted. Whilst this soured the experience, we pointed this out to Gordon who then arranged for a full internal clean to be carried out.
