Very friendly and helpful staff

My initial phone call to Lookers Volvo was directed through a call centre. I asked to speak to Mr Gordon Brown the sales executive I have known for over 20 years and have bought several Volvo cars from. The call centre conversation was an interrogation into what car, type and propulsion I wanted. At that time I just wanted information but this call centre employee was determined that he should follow his script before my call was directed to Mr Brown who was off that day. At the end of the call I considered going elsewhere for a car but the next time I called I got through to the showroom and was able to talk and arrange an appointment to see Gordon. I bought my XC40 the next week. No thanks to the treatment I got from the call centre employee.

Gordon is a credit to your company and handled the sale of my new vehicle and all my questions with great skill, good humour and professionalism. This is the third Volvo I've purchased from Gordon and his attention to detail, excellent communication, and high level of customer service is what has made me a loyal customer.
