The initial meeting with Sales Mr Ross Clarke was very fruitful and extremely helpful in deciding to purchase Volvo from your Company , his attention to detail and informative nature of the discussion was insightful and professional and of great assistance to me . He was instrumental in providing updates and followed up the process of development of delivery of the car .Mr David Thompson was equally highly impressive in simplifying the financial process of purchasing the vehicle, his approach was indeed helpful and precise and made the paperwork and the explanation of it easy to understand and followed up on number of occasions to ensure I was happy with the financial agreement , which was very professional indeed and a much appreciated touch .Collection of the car was greatly helped by Mr Stephen Galbraith , who offered me a superb assistance in exhibiting the benefits and advantages of the Volvo X40 , particularly interesting was his insight in the up to unique date system in the car . His attention to detail was second to none , his assistance made the process most enjoyable .
