I dealt with Stephen - he was polite and professional and other than an error with the price of the vehicle which he did do his best to correct, I had an easy, relaxed experience.

Abbie was fantastic to deal with. Was friendly, professional and kept us informed every step of the process. Nothing was too much trouble for her.

It was a good experience - I popped in to make enquiry and knew what I wanted. The salesman provided clear information (albeit initially provided a quote for a 2nd rather than awd car) and a fair quote which allowed me to make an early decision. Only observation is that the documents were online and might have been handy to have the finance details including list price, deposit and price per month, printed out.

This was an early consultation initiated by Volvo and Taggarts which I much appreciated. It was a telephone discussion and in the end a satisfactory result as I extended my PCP.
