Derek Taylor, the sales executive was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and was more than happy to help us with all our queries and take us through the process from ordering to delivery.Nitpicking now, but a baby changing place in the accessible toilet (Lookers Volvo Glasgow) would have been helpful as we have a wee one and struggled a couple of time with nappy changes.
