I dealt with a young man named Ross Clark. His knowledge about all aspects from buying my car too finance was fantastic. Kept me updated from start to finish. Delivered my car too my door. Pointed out a couple of things that he was unhappy with & advised me that my car would b going back too him for 2 days too fix. I will never go anywhere else to purchase a car.

The Sales advisor was Ross Clark, I couldn't praise him high enough. After the first test drive and issues that concerned me, he was not at all pushy or overpowering but did manage to find a car that suited my requirements. He kept in touch with me for the week it took to organise the car exchange and with the warranty plan included I came from the experience a very satisfied customer. I,ve only had the car less than 24 hrs so this survey cannot reflect on the car itself. However, I will say that it is a very nice drive.

This is the second vehicle that we have purchased from Lookers Volvo, Hillington. The experience of purchasing our first vehicle was a driver in returning to purchase a second vehicle. The sales executive (same executive) was excellent on both occasions and is a principal reason for returning. The experience was the best we have had in over forty years of purchasing a vehicle. We have also had an excellent experience with the after-sales department, which again is a contributing factor to our decision to purchase a second vehicle from Lookers Volvo Hillington.

The salesman Stephen Galbraith was excellent throughout the purchase of the car. There was no pressure put on me to make a purchase. He explained all the different services which wereavailable to me and gave me time to think it over before deciding. He answered all the questions I had. He was polite and friendly and is a great asset to Taggarts Volvo Glasgow. If I know anyone who is looking to make a purchase I would highly recommend Stephen Galbraith.
