Derek, Ewan and David were an asset to the Taggarts/Lookers/Volvo brands. Derek was particularly helpful, he was honest, kind and genuinely seemed like he wanted to help. He was not pushy in any way, challenging the usual ‘car salesman’ reputation which ensures that I will continue to recommend Taggarts Volvo Glasgow again and again. Upon picking the vehicle up, it was fully ready in a small waiting area giving the heightened sense of luxury that Volvo is known for and Derek took the time to fully show us the car and help us set it up and navigate our way around the tech such as the app and in car console. He deserves recognition as he made the process smooth from start to finish.

We received first class service unfortunately the C40 is just too small for our requirements.

Gordon wasgreat but unfortunately we had a Volkswagen on order for over 9 month and when we asked for our deposit they said that our car was at the docks and if we cancel they will keep deposit.
