Q3. Not sure if I met a management member, how would I know? I did not require a finance package. Gary Young was excellent, very helpful and made it all easy for us. Our initial enquiry was not with Gary.

We met Geoff, and he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Not only did he provide an excellent service when we met him in the dealership but he came back to us with suggested car options. We would have been very happy to have purchased a car from him however a car became available at another dealership and it was exactly what we were looking for and met our budget.

Gary young helped my out with my enquiry, can't fault him, I live a good distance away from the dealership but he was more than helpful and made an excellent video of the car for me showing everything in as much detail as he could. Unfortunately for me the car was out of my budget in the end. If your a local to the area I'd imagine that there isn't many dealerships that make the process as easy as they have.

How do your service department and mechanics rate

We were made to feel welcome from the start, the staff were very friendly and helpful and in particular Mr. Geoff Blake who was there for us every step of the way, from walking in on the Saturday to driving off the forecourt on the Thursday. Many thanks Gerry and Fiona
