Dealt with Mark Wilkes. He was great ! Was very helpful trying to get us the right car for us but unfortunately we couldn’t afford what we were looking for at this time.

We had an extremely bad experience with Taggarts Motherwell which had totally soured our relationship. The issue was not with the sales or the service department staff, but management who showed a total lack of empathy with the problems we had with the car being in for repairs on 6 occasions over a period of 7 months. This is totally unacceptable for a new car at this value. When we visited Volvo Hillington, they went above and beyond to turn this experience around. Many thanks to Abbie who was our main contact but also to Ian who listened to everything we had to say and took the sting out of our issues with Motherwell.

Overall the experience was good. I don't mind some cross selling and upselling but I felt forced into making contact with Volvo Ins. Volvo Ins did provide a quote, that was ridiculously expensive, and 1 day drive away cover. All I wanted and asked for was the reg. number of the car to allow me to update my existing policy.

Roger Buchanan was an excellent, professional and extremely efficient sales person. Lovely customer experience. 👍

We have found a Jaguar F Pace at Taggarts Glasgow during our visit/enquiry and are returning for a further visit and test drive on 23rd. Jan. All being well we will be making the purchase then.
