Very Poor Customer ServiceWe booked a test drive on 6 August and phoned a week later to see if a further test drive could be arranged. Someone would call back to set that up, but no-one did. Since our test drive, no-one has contacted us by phone, email or text asking how we got on and then today 2 Sept we received an email "thank you for your recent purchase from Lookers Volvo Glasgow". Really poor customer service, nice cars, but we decided to buy another car from someone else (not a Volvo).

The follow up call allowed me more flexibility to choose a more convenient time slot.Everything went to plan however the valet was not what I expected. There was a sticky mark about 10cm left on the inside of the windscreen that I had to clean and the cup holders and storage well had not been vacuumed.
