The staff were very welcoming. When the car was dropped off, and though booked in for a full day, there was even an attempt to sort the problem immediately, which I thought was decent of them. It did stay with them but was returned to me the following morning. The staff was professional and I was well informed. James

Communications were clear and straightforward.Car was taken at appointment booking time and returned at predicted completion time. Waiting was comfortable enough for the three hours I waited. Receptionist was very professional, helpful, and gave information and advice.
